To help you decide if The SafeHouse is the lakefront vacation accommodation that best suits your needs, please read on.

• We are a No Pet property, inside or outside, at any time.

• We regret that we cannot host any Parties on the property. This includes Bachelor, Bachelorette, Graduation or any other kind of throw down.

• No rentals to anyone under the age of 26.

• We do direct rentals only.  The contact renter must stay at the SafeHouse during the entire rental period.  This is the person who will sign the contract and provide payment to us from one account in the their name.

• We have wonderful lake frontage.  Easy steps to navigate with a handrail.

• Firepit with Deck and Picnic Table. Plenty of firewood available for your use.  Please bring axe and maul to split the logs.

• DISH Network satellite TV. We have ONE television in the Living Room.

• We do not have a landline telephone at the house. 

• We do not have WiFi.
